Payment by credit card will provide the identified payer entered on this website with a payment acknowledgement confirmation email.
For international vessels arriving at an Australian port, the issuing of form AMSA 186 – RECEIPT FOR / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PAYMENT Marine Navigation Levy, Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy and/or Marine Oil Pollution Levy, used for Australian Border Force vessel clearance procedures, will be issued to the payer with updated Navigation and Pollution levies validity period upon confirmation from Australian Border Force of the confirmed vessel arrival date and confirmation of payment from the nominated card issuing authority.
For Australian coastal trade vessels, form AMSA 186 will be issued to the payer with updated Navigation and Pollution levies validity period upon confirmation of payment from the nominated card issuing authority.
Payment by Direct Debit Authority: Levy Receipting Procedures
Payment by direct debit authority will provide the identified payer entered on this website with a payment submission confirmation email.
For international vessels arriving at an Australian port, the issuing of form AMSA 186 – RECEIPT FOR / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PAYMENT Marine Navigation Levy, Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy and/or Marine Oil Pollution Levy, used for Australian Border Force vessel clearance procedures, will be issued to the payer with updated Navigation and Pollution levies validity period upon confirmation from Australian Border Force of the confirmed vessel arrival date and upon confirmation of debited funds from the nominated financial institution.

Payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) will provide the identified payer entered on this website with a payment submission confirmation email.
For international vessels arriving at an Australian port, the issuing of form AMSA 186 – RECEIPT FOR / ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PAYMENT Marine Navigation Levy, Marine Navigation (Regulatory Functions) Levy and/or Marine Oil Pollution Levy, used for Australian Border Force vessel clearance procedures, will be issued to the payer with updated Navigation and Pollution levies validity period upon confirmation from Australian Border Force of the confirmed vessel arrival date and upon confirmation of cleared funds into the nominated AMSA account.
